Comfy yet smartish shoes

Need a new pair of shoes, will be doing more walking this year. Can't wear trainers to work so they need to be smart -ish. I currently have Sketcher shoes but they have become quite painful on my heels so need something different. Also must be flats. Ideally something between a trainer and a smart shoe but comfort over style. Any ideas?

I think sketchers aren’t very good if you need comfortable shoes. Clark’s gave great cushioned sole range.
