It's my dsis birthday coming up and she's asked for some simple gold stud earrings, budget around £30-£40. Can anybody help me find some nice ones?

Oh I quite like the Thomas sabo ones. She's got a strong sense of style so think plain but fashion forward is what I'm after

I have some small cubes (very small, maybe 3mm across) which are lovely and very useful as they reflect light off the faceted edges. Sadly for you, I bought them from a manufacturing jeweller who has long since retired, but an Etsy goldsmith might be able to help.

What do you think of these: www.missoma.com/shop/categories/earrings/everyday-earrings/4255/ms-g-e3-ns/

I’ve just bought these- really like them and nice quality even though they’re cheap. They don’t come in a presentation box though.

The missoma ones are plated rather than solid gold. Not sure if that matters to you.

I don't mind plated as long as it's sterling silver underneath but yes I suppose ideally I would prefer solid. I'll keep looking
