Help me style these boots

I’ve just ordered these in cognac

What on Earth will I wear them with? Should I have gone for the brown instead?

I would wear them with blue skinny jeans, or you could potentially get away with a knee length skirt depending on what look you like!
I think the colour is lovely though!

I had a similar pair in that colour that I wore a lot, generally skinny jeans as PP but also with tights and casual dresses/skirts

I’m all over the skinny jeans look.

What sort of dresses/skirts?

Midi swishy skirt with ditsy flowers. Midi dress with a full skirt or a wrap dress. Longer length though so you don’t look like you are going Line dancing with a Stetson! They are boho aren’t they? So anything a bit festival or faintly hippy.

Those are beautiful. I personally think that's a more versatile colour than dark brown - I'd wear them with black, some browns, blue, cream, pink, taupe, grey, maybe burgundy - the only colours I can't really see them going with are very yellowy colours and maybe purple. They'd go well with skinny jeans, slightly rolled up jeans, knee-length skirts and dresses and opaque tights.

I’m now really excited about them. Hope they fit when they turn up (should have paid for next day delivery)
