Help ! Ideas for Ds (11) for wedding outfit

Looking for ideas for what to put ds in for my sister s wedding.
It s a full day church/ reception do but diss and her h2b are pretty casual, so smart casual I guess.

Ds is into sports gear and .... well sports gear ! I have no idea what s cool for his age - and also would like to get him something I might manage to wrangle him into again on another occasion so he would get more than one wear from

What about some skinny slightly cropped chinos, a slim fitting short sleeved shirt and some loafers/toms?

Slim chinos are a possibility - not sure he would wear toms but might persuade him.

I have used a brand new pair of dark grey School trousers with a white school shirt, and than a blue waistcoat and tie. Looks very smart but trousers will get lots of use and if never worn again it's not too expensive.

We're going to a wedding soon, ds is wearing black skinny chinos from h&m, with a white shirt and grey waistcoat, with black vans.

Found some real great options on ted baker kids - have ordered chinos, shirt, tie and bomber jacket....
will get vans of some sort afterwards.
