Interview attire when there's a fitness test involved?

I have an interview very soon and part of it is a 15 min fitness test. Confused the job is in the NHS and I've not been told to bring trainers or anything! I am thinking the test will be to see if I'm able to lift, handle, carry and manoeuvre certain items.

I plan on wearing my flat black smart shoes, my smart black trousers but unsure about what to wear on top. It's meant to be about 20 degrees. Don't want to get too hot or be too cold was thinking maybe something 3/4 length sleeves and no jacket?

Any ideas? Something not too fitting I guess i just don't know.

I'm also wondering if I should email th contact and ask their advice ?

Thanks Smile

I would have thought if it was gym based you would have been advised to bring a change of clothes. If it is part of the interview, then I would be tempted to wear clothing that has some stretch in it, so a nice stretch top rather than a cotton shirt.

Thank you that's a good idea. Something with a bit of give in it Smile
