Kate Spade Handbags or alternative

Hi, I have never spent a lot of money in handbags but still a medium amount (£50-80).
Now I feel I need (did I just say need?!) a couple of better handbags, one for work and one going out.
The work one does not need to be big as I carry a small laptop bag, so only room for wallet, sunglasses, reusable cup.
I want something classic for both bags, that will not scream a fashion so I can wear it for some time.
I seem to be partial to some Kate Spade bags .. anyone has or has an opinion about them?
Any options? Pls help me find the perfect bags. Thanks!

I was given a Cameron Street Zooey bag which I’ve carried for a while. Easy style and shape - you can’t go wrong really. I’ve had to get the handle repaired once, but I think that’s probably just because of overuse. It’s taken some knocks - that’s for sure!!

Alternatives? I’ve become partial to Village England bags recently. Lots of classic shapes in really luscious leathers that have worn really well, so far. Demellier seem to have some lovely bags too, although I’ve never purchased. Good luck with your bag hunt!
