I’ve turned my dressing gown into a cat bed

...because dcat is being sent to prison the cattery next week. She loves my dressing gown and always curls up on it if I leave it on the bed, so I’m hoping it will help her to not be too traumatised.

The problem is, I am now without a dressing gown. I’ve had a quick look online but I can’t find any I like. Have any of you style mavens seen any nice ones lately? I don’t like them to be too heavy.

Sainsbury’s always seem to have nice ones whether I’m in there. Cute cat!

I find mens departments are often better for dressing gowns.

She says thank you betty. She is quite vain. I think this one may have come from Sainsbury’s actually. I was thinking I’d treat myself to something a bit more upmarket this time.

Men’s ones are always too heavy for me I’m afraid.

M&S ones are lovely! Got my mother one for Christmas.... went back and bought one for me!

None of the M&S colours and patterns are doing it for me at the moment.

Perhaps I’m a little early for fluffy dressing gowns - everywhere is still selling light summer ones.
