I used to teach drama in a secondary school but last year took the plunge and set up by myself, still teaching drama, but with a theatre rather than at a school. I always wore pretty conservative dress/jacket/heels outfits for school and have been in very casual outfits (jeans mostly) this year. My business is now taking off and I need a smart but much cooler, less conservative outfit for meetings with other theatres. I want to be taken seriously but don’t want to look like a school mistress - at the moment I only have very casual or school teacher stuff.
I’m 43, 5’6”, size 14. Prefer dresses to separates. Hate smart trousers of any cut. Hourglass shape. Budget fairly healthy.
