Yes you can return to any next branch - or at least that's what the next outlet tells everyone near me

Yes you can. There outlet stock is mainly just sale stock sent from other branches, although they do also have their own clearance line of clothing. It works on all tills, so they'll return it until either the next sale along, or they get asked to send stock back to the clearance store.
