Autumn/Winter workwear

DD has found a style of clothes she has been comfortable wearing for work in the summer - size 10 dresses with belt and flared skirt so they work with her lovely bum and thighs!

Any ideas on what might work for Autumn/Winter wear?

Tights with the dresses

Just add tights, boots and a cardi.

I wear shorter skirts in the winter with opaque tights and flat shoes/boots. Cropped cardigans are good over a dress. Otherwise cropped trousers and silk shirts tucked in.
