Have they stopped sending emails or have I somehow unsubscribed? I used to get a few a week but don't seem to get any now! I went in and check my preferences and they are set to ok to receive marketing.

I've been a customer for about 10 years, but I dropped off their email list several years ago. Another email address I had used with them lasted about the same amount of time before dropping off too. I still buy occasionally, and I get order confirmation emails etc, but no marketing bumph.

Maybe GDPR has kicked in in your case and they didn't have a positive Subscribe from you?

I don’t get anything anymore either. I even mentioned it on the phone to CS and they said I should do. Most annoying is I no longer get discount vouchers by email.

I don't ever get emails either despite being opted in on the site. I wondered whether my virus software was filtering them out, but then I don't get catalogues either.

Mine suddenly stopped a couple of months ago too. Went from an email every couple of days to nothing.

I have tweeted them and have contacted customer services umpteen times, and they keep saying their marketing team are on it, but I'm still not getting anything.

I too suddenly stopped getting emails and catalogues. I usually buy a few items from them and would probably buy more if I got their emails as I would get discount codes. This happened way before gdpr. I checked and was subscribed. Like another op I called and checked and was told I should still be getting them. Good to know it's not just me then!

It's bizarre. How difficult can it be to make sure an email address is on a mailing list?!?

Yes, I checked spam. When I spoke to them they said my preferences had changed to 'no marketing' so possibly during GDPR or doing an inbox tidy I inadvertently unsubscribed.
