Iris and Ink (The Outnet)- what’s the quality like?

Has anyone bought anything from Iris and Ink? I keep seeing nice bits but was wondering what the quality is line in terms of fabrics and fit.

Happy to pay for decent quality but too lazy to order and then have to faff sending things back!

Bumping for you op because I've wondered the same. Not sure Outnet is very reliable at the moment though.

I bought a cashmere jumper from them once but sent it back as it was too thin and didn't really look very high end. If I pay £100 for something then I don't want it looking like primark!

I've returned everything I've bought from The Outnet but that's probably just my bad choices.

I bought a dress from iris and ink and sent it back because it didn't fit, but if I recall, the quality wasn't all that. I have some shoes by them which I kept as I needed them for a wedding and they were the right colour, but I recall having to snip some loose threads from the ankle straps, so overall if would say quality not as hoped. (Iris and Ink that is.... I've bought other stuff from the Outnet which was good, albeit before all the threads about them going downhill etc).

I bought a linen dress from Iris and Ink, lovely style but was really see through, don't think it was supposed to, so returned it.

Wow just reading previous posts and everyone had the same experience!! I bought a pair of leather leggings from them and returned because it was just way too thin.

I’ve bought a few bits and echo the posters above - quality not that great. Only thing I have kept is a silk blouse I bought 3 years ago and worn on repeat.

Everstrong · 09/08/2018 21:16

Thanks for the input, I think I’ll steer clear as ordering an then having to send back is too much faffing and like you said Queen if you pay £100 for something you don’t want it to look like it came from Primark!

To barge in months later: Everything I bought by Iris and Ink was inadequate- e.g polo neck jumper dress was so tight around my neck, that it was almost chocking me. Shoes too small at the upper end of my number range, etc...

WoahThereMama · 07/02/2019 14:21

It’s the Outnet’s own clothing label rather than an independent brand which has always put me off it a bit.

I bought an Iris and Ink cashmere sweater about two or three years ago, but returned because it was too thin, and didn't feel very luxurious, considering the price.
They may nave changed the quality by now of course.
