Help me identify this dress

Spotted the other day. Has anyone seen it in the shops? Loved the bright colours contrasting with feminine details like the pin tucks.

It looks like mantaray at Debenhams, or fatface.

looks like a whitestuff print. Not sure if its seasons past.
