On trend scarf wearing

Currently breastfeeding a newborn so scarves are needed.
Want to treat myself to some nice new scarves for autumn. Also not spending money on clothes till I lose some of this baby weight.

My scarf wardrobe is looking a bit scarce and dated (especially after reading a thread that said scarves not worn for warmth are out of fashion a while ago).

So what is current? Last year I remember those tartan blanket type scarves and fancy one of those but not sure if that trend is already over.

Need a bit of inspiration really.

I love desigual scarves. Very colourful.
However the thought of putting something round my neck in this weather.
However,, you would probably want something lightweight and cotton

Try TKMaxx. Usually lots of choice, including cotton and silk.

Some absolutely beautiful options here

Alternatively carry a large muslin in your changing bag and use it as needed? Doubles up as a handy playmat, changing mat, sheet, sunshade etc

Primark is always worth trying. They usually have loads and some are lovely

Whoever said scarves not for warmth are unfashionable has clearly never been to Paris!
I love scarves. The more the better.

In the north west so not particularly hot at the moment. So wearing a few summer scarves over dresses for easy bf coverage. And can remove the scarf if it suddenly heats up. Still find it a bit too hot for layers and the top up/top down method.

I think I'd avoid the tartan blanket ones as they're a bit dated now.

H&M are always surprisingly good on the scarf front. I love this one:

Zara have a nice leopard print in at the moment:

White Stuff tend to have lovely scarfs.

Also Parfois, inexpensive and lightweight.

Red and leopard print seems to be 'in'.

I bought one from H&M that I love. Blue/pink mix. Some French style scarves there.
