Is there a big one centrally or should I go to one of the Westfields?

Oxford Circus is big

I’m not a next shopper but if you’re choosing between Oxford street or Westfield, go for Oxford street. I used to work at Westfield White City and generally the ranges in stores won’t be as expansive as you might assume. For example in my store, tourists spent £1000s at a time so some of the store lines were directly targeted at tourists (eg premium or ‘out there’ items) and then we had a basic selection of normal clothing. So Oxford Circus will probably have a better selection of items and a larger size range. I’m just basing this off of the stores that I do shop at though like topshop, Zara etc

Don't go to Westfield Stratford. It's not that good.
