I bought a dress from Séraphine as a last minute holiday purchase. It looked awful so I left it at home with the aim of returning it when I got home.
I failed. It’s now 6 weeks since I ordered it. My order number isn’t even recognised in the system 😞. Can I take it back to the shop without a reciept and get an exchange? I know they don’t accept online purchase returns in stores. I can’t face a trip into London (I live in the Home Counties) with the risk of coming back empty handed.
