Ultrasun bottle pump wont work! How can I open the bottle?

It is the face one, so small bottle. Nothing comes out I have pumped and pumped!

A quick Google suggests it’s happened to others. One suggestion is to bang the bottom of it hard a few times, then try pumping a bit. A couple of people have said this works. Good luck!

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago with an Uriage body cream pump - i lost my temper with it and sawed the bottle in half with a bread knife .. it did work, though quite radical!

Is there a little tab on the end of the nozzle? The first bottle I bought wasn’t working until I noticed the barely visible tab and removed it

It's an airless pump, if you flip it upside down their should be a tiny hole. If you push a pin or something up to increase the vacuum inside the pump it should work.
