I see a podiatrist every 6 weeks because otherwise I have painful ingrowing toenails. I'd like a pedicure before I go on holiday to get rid of any hard skin and get my nails painted, as I always do a crap job. Would it be really odd/unusual to have a pedicure and ask them not to touch my nails (other than painting them). The podiatrist as at last managed to get me pain free for a month at a time, and I do NOT want to risk messing with that.
