I'm hoping you can help, I'm looking for. Hydrating toner and cleanser, I use a oil cleanser and foam wash at the moment but have been reading that the foam wash's are drying for your skin.
Can anyone recommend some?

Without knowing your skin type - here are some.

I like Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner and Etude House Soon Jung. They wonderfully hydrating and soothing. Pyunkang is available here it's the smaller 100ml size so good for a trial. I get the EH here Reputable seller, smaller size again. Body Shop do a Vit E hydrating toner, Sukin, Hada Labo Hyaluronic Acid Premium. just choose one without alcohol or witch hazel. More here

Cleanser: CeraVe hydrating Cleanser, Avène Extremely Gentle Cleanser, Soon Jung cleanser (my fave atm) comes out as a foam (because of the pump action) but is lovely and gentle. Hada Labo Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser also popular (Amazon/eBay etc). Dr Sam's Flawless Cleanser is a new gel toe one brought out by a well known dermatologist.

I use Boots glycerin and rose water - it's just over £2 and leaves my skin moisturised for a long time

First felt as if it was greasy after applying but I got used to it. The glycerin acts as a humectant so is great applied on a morning for a day in an air con office or overnight when the heating is on

It seems to cleanse a little too
