I've seen a dress. Help me find it please!

One of those threads I'm afraid.

I've seen a dress on someone that I can't find in any shops.

It's blue, floral, sort of a royal blue.
Crepe type material.
Orange crepe type belt.
Knee length.
No sleeves, instead fine frills where the sleeves end.
Round neck.
Possibly some subtle ruffles on the skirt.

Can anyone suggest where I might find it please?

Added seprrately op so it might be hard to find it using that description. I would just search for a nice blue dress that fits the bill and add a belt

The belt definitely looked like it was part of the dress, rather than an add on.

The sleeves are similar @Joinourclub, the colour was a darker blue, it was knee length rather than longer and a straighter shape.

I'm pretty sure the belt was part of the dress because it was crepe too, the dress had belt loops and it looked like the belt was just the right size for the dress IYSWIM.

Although this is the wrong colour, doesn't have a belt and not quite the right style this is the nearest thing I can find. The photo is from Pinterest.

Have you looked at Oasis? I don't think any of these are as you have described, but some are quite similar.

There are some lovely dresses on the Oasis site Dandelion, not the one I've seen but I still might buy one or two

I have a couple of dresses very similar to the one you have posted which came from Joe Browns one in blue and one in red.

There's nothing like the one I'm looking for on Joe Brown's but thank you for the suggestion.

I've been looking around some more myself, the dresses on The Kooples are a similar material, again, the sleeves of this dress are right but the style and material isn't Karen Millen dress
