So I've feel I've let myself go a bit... I'm putting on weight and feel my late 40's age. Can I ask what you do keep yourself looking good... I do get my roots done every 4 weeks, occasional bikini waxes and more occasional eyebrow waxed. I do get my nails done for special occasions abut that's about it...what are your must do beauty treatments????

I love a face mask.
I use one 3 times a week.
I also deep hair conditioning mask weekly.
I have a pedi monthly and a facial every 8 weeks

Epilate legs
Wax armpits (I use Pitrok and it really needs my pits to be baby smooth to work)
Korean Italian cloths once a week (skin is sooo smooth)
File heels and apply cream + cotton socks overnight
Hair mask, usually on a Saturday morning , apply , hair wrap, leave it an hour before showering .
Hair dye when DD starts commenting on my roots and I can co-erce her into helping .

LVLs and a brow shape and tint as I'm very pale

I have just had a facial and am blissed out ... facials are great ( but expensive)

I feel the same! I need to get my brows done as in shapes and coloured - I'm 46 so not those huge brows for me lol!
I've also booked in to have cryolypolysis and 3D lipolysis (non surgical!) to help get rid of my hugely hideous stomach area but also swimming a lot too and cutting down on booze - having a bit of an overhaul!

I have a pedicure every month. It's so nice to know your feet are sandal-ready at all times.
