Inversion method to grow hair faster

Does it work? My hairdresser got too scissor happy today and I'm wanting it to grow quickly

What's the inversion method? Do you stand on your head every morning to make your hair grow quicker? I doubt that has any scientific basis.

Eat a good a diet and get plenty of sunlight.
Mine is growing at a ridiculous rate at the moment.

It's on the internet. You masage your scalp with your head upside down (head below your heart) for 4-5 minutes every day for a week once a month.
