Louis Vuitton opinions?

Hi - I am curious which Louis Vuitton style you prefer out of Damier Ebene Canvas (1st photo) or Monogram Canvas (2nd photo)?

(I bought some small items today in Monogram Canvas but kind of regret not getting the other design )

I disagree with both points - LV is not part of the luxury trilogy, but it's certainly not 'not premium' either.

LV is premium, but it's more accessible premium. I work in luxury retail, and a £1000 bag is considered an accessible price point in luxury. Many women can save up for (and justify) a £1000 bag, whereas a £5000 Chanel might be a tad more difficult and not fitting with one's lifestyle.

LV also do do, of course, their much pricier bags at £5k+ plus. But these are much less commercialised and for a certain type of client.

of course, if i was a multi millionaire, i wouldnt be buying a lv canvas bag and thinking i'd had an exclusive item. Many people would get an LV neverful for their 40th birthday or with a cheeky annual bonus!

I love Damier Ebene, mono is too often copied and badly. I have a Neverfull MM in all 3 prints and the Ebene is the one I reach for the most
