Hush returns

Is it free? I want to buy a couple of sale items- but I’m not convinced they’ll all be keepers. It says on the website free delivery and free returns but I’m sure that didn’t use to include sale items? I begrudge paying for returns so wanted to know for sure before I press pay!

It may be free returns if you buy things over a certain amount?
Or alternatively order from John lewis and pick up?

I went for the oversized babydoll dress in black the striped Amie joggers and the laser cut trainers in nude.... do you have these?
I tried to go through JL but they didn’t stock the dress or shoes.
The website says free delivery free returns... it doesn’t have any small print on the home page where it states this... so as far as I’m concerned they should enclose a returns label.... I can see me arguing this out with them though over the next week!!

I ordered the laser cut trainers too. They should come on Thursday. Quite looking forward to them. Come and join us on the hush thread as Ella says. One of the posters on there has put a picture up of her wearing the striped amies and they look really good.

Why don't you just email them tomorrow to check. That way, you are covered. They can always email you a returns label or post you one.

The sale items are not free returns and the sizing is so incredulous (some things small some things absolutely massive, same size) that I don't order when I have to pay for returns now as it inevitable things will be going back. I really wish they would sort their sizing out.

I hope you sized down in the amie joggers, they are fecking huge!!
