I'm thinking of getting shellac or similar in the style of a french manicure, but do they always look very white and tippex like at the ends?
I want something that looks natural.

Ask for natural white and not bright white.

If you want a do-it-yourself option, try Dior Nail Glow. Makes your nails look like yours....but better.

You could ask for an American manicure - a more natural subtle version of a French.
