First date EVER 😱 please help me find something to wear!!!

Long story short! Separated from H at the beginning of the year, we had been together since I was 15 so I’ve never been on a proper grown up date. Saturday night I am going on a date which has been set up by a mutual friend, date and I have been chatting etc and I’m excited however I have no idea what to wear! I am 28, almost black hair, pale English rose coloured skin, very pale blue eyes. Curvy size 12/14 (massive bum and thighs) with a good waist. Budget is up to £50 and I’ve got so many shoes I’m sure I can wear some I have at home.
Please help me!!!!

Where are you going? Day or evening? Smart casual is best. Something you feel comfortable in.

Sorry forgot to say it’s in the evening, we are going for drinks rather than dinner.
I think I’d prefer a dress than jeans but if anyone has any suggestions for fabulous jeans that are good for the large derrièred lady I’d be super appreciative of that too 😂😂😂

A dress would be lovely. Maybe a maxi dress and sandals or a jump suit?

This is the most amazing flattering dress I've ever worn. I did have to put a little stitch in the neckline as was very low but it can't be seen. Comes in multiple colours I have the black. They've got lots of other similar dresses too.

I usually wear it with gold sandals and a teal suede bag.
