Hair loss after birth

Any tips for hair loss after birth? I've thin hair anyway and it's coming out in clumps. I'm frightened to death I'm going to go bald lol.

Have you had your bloods checked? For deficiencies? Vitamin D deficiency is common after pregnancy. If you haven't I would go the GP and ask.
