Help needed for accessories for wedding guest dress

I'm planning to wear the dress in the picture attached, but am struggling to think of what to wear with it. Need some sort of jacket or cardigan and shoes. Help!

It comes in black and ivory as well.

What about a bolero type cardi or shrug?
