I've got a no7 one which is a bit naff and a CT which is also a bit naff lol I have tear troughs, and very fine lines so I don't want anything cakey!
Heard good things about revolution beauty but I've not tried anything. I've got around £20

Cheers!

Collection's lasting perfection 👌🏼

Sali Hughes raves about the clarins one so I tried it. It's rubbish really at covering darkness, but isn't cakey so doesn't settle into lines. Ultimately I think it's just not worth the money. I'm currently using bobbi brown corrector and concealer (one in the tube with a wand). This is good at covering darkness, but is a bit cakey and does show up my lines. I've never managed to find a concealer that covers darkness well, but doesn't settle into lines. Fwiw I think the collection one is good for the money but definitely not my holy grail.

Hangingaroundtheportal · 28/07/2018 21:36

Second the Collection one, it's the shizz.

Hangingaroundtheportal · 28/07/2018 21:37

Yeah I tried the clarins one and spent however much of my hard earned cash and it was crap, didn't cover anything!

ElspethFlashman · 28/07/2018 21:38

I have the Revolution one. Its amazing. You have to set it with powder but once you do, no lines.

I think it's better than the Collection one or the Catrice one or the Nars one or the myriad of others I've tried. Though I do like all those. This is just even stronger.

flamingox · 28/07/2018 21:40

Collection lasting perfection
Revolution concealer (can't remember the exact name but everyone raves out it)
Maybelline age rewind

I’ve got a Mac one that’s quite good but a bit heavy.

I’ve got touché eclat which is just ok

I keep coming back to a garnier B.B. roll on one - not perfect but seems to be what I reach for most often

Chrestomanciscat · 28/07/2018 23:01

Tarte shape tape - fantastic 👍pricey tho. Can buy on QVC and pay instalments or Cheaper but good is the maybelline age rewind / eraser eye ( depending on your concern ) . I've tried so many! Few generic high street are that good in my opinion. Good luck x

Chrestomanciscat · 28/07/2018 23:02

Should say they are both v light consistency but great coverage.

userofthiswebsite · 28/07/2018 23:04

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer, it's a classic and really does brighten under your eyes.
I also have Mac pro-longwear and Tarte shape tape but the NRCC is the best.

minipie · 28/07/2018 23:24

Depends what it's for.

I have acne and use MAC select moisturecover - brilliant for that as it's liquid but highly pigmented so very blendable without disappearing. However it doesn't have quite enough coverage for dark circles (mine anyway), MAC's pro longwear is better for those.

For me the great benefit of MAC is the number of shades available. Can anyone tell me what the shade range is like in the ones mentioned above (Collection, Revolution, NARS?)

Bugjune · 28/07/2018 23:28

The Nars mentioned above or Kevyn Acoin.

Bugjune · 28/07/2018 23:29

The Clarins is nice for 'no make up' days as is the Becca under eye corrector.

userofthiswebsite · 28/07/2018 23:41

mininpie

In the Nars it, thankfully, goes extremely pale, the lightest shade being Chantilly, which is just right for me.
Darkest, not too sure I'm afraid but just google swatches.

Mammaof · 28/07/2018 23:45

Collection last perfection!

SholaHammer · 28/07/2018 23:46

Collection or elf. Both cheap but great

minipie · 29/07/2018 23:18

Thanks user! I'm pale but change colour a lot during the year and also have melasma so need a couple of close together shades in my armoury. Will have a look.

lenalove · 31/07/2018 09:57

NARS soft matte! Amazing stuff!
