Hi I'm going to Crete in a couple of weeks so please can anyone recommend swimsuits with the ruching thing on the front?! Hope that's right. My tummy is not looking it's best this year and I can't face trawling round the shops for flattering swimwear?

Try online at swimwear365. They have everything for every shape. But more expensive than high street but I haven't found better for quality and being flattering. Enjoy your hol!

i find those support ruched jobs add bulk.
try a deep V, that helps. Obv this depends on your shape.....

My mum wears swimwear 365 she looks good in them, cheaper alternative Matalan had some nice full top swim sets in

"i find those support ruched jobs add bulk."

I agree. A simple costume is better.

I got one from boden. It’s amazing and I had compliments, and was happy to ditch the shorts I’d normally wear over and walk around at the water park. The ground didn’t swallow me. I’ll get another I think.

I’ve just bought a Boden wrap front swimsuit after seeing several positive reviews on other S&B threads. It’s very flattering - enhances the bust while camouflaging the mum tum!

That's interesting because I was thinking about a Boden one but they are quite expensive. Did you find your usual size fit or are they tight or generous? I've just got a couple from Sainsbury's which look ok but if the Boden one looks good I'm tempted to order one and have the Sainsbury's ones as back up! One of the Sainsbury's ones is a wrap front.

My Boden size 10 is pretty tight. Not sure if I should have gone for a 12 but once I’ve squeezed into it, it’s very good at holding everything in!

Thank you. I am finding 12 tight in the shops so have ordered 14 in the Amalfi and the wrap one. Thanks to Mumsnet I got 20% off too!

generaly speaking i size up in trainers and swimsuits!
unless in Primark when you stick to your regular size.
i got a couple of great one pieces in there.

myusernameisnotmyusername · 02/08/2018 20:50

Thanks everyone- I love the Boden ones!

I just came back to this thread to say I'm on holiday and loving these Boden swimsuits especially the wrap one. I feel a lot more confident so thank you very much!
