Could someone recommend me suitable trainers for wide feet please? I run about 5K twice a week. Thanks

I also have wide feet and find Brooks are excellent.

My feet are quite wide and I always wear Brooks Women's Adrenaline GTS. Brooks do a wide version of the trainers, but I find the standard width to be wide enough. You should go for length probably half a size up than you would wear for other makes.

Happy running!

Oooh crosspost!

My advice would be to buy from a running shop that will check your running gait and take into account the size of your feet. The only thing that has ever worked for me.

I wear men's trainers and buy them from a specialist running shop.

Brooks Adrenaline GTS from a running shop for me too. Possibly the comfiest footwear I have ever owned.

Bane of my life! And the answer is I have six pairs and still get pinched nerves Sad

Brooks
New Balance do a wide fit in most styles, which I find is too wide. Also remember to go up a size from normal in running shoes.

I have quite wide feet and a delightful bunion, and I have just bought new Karrimor trainers which seem to be on the width.

If you want to try a barefoot style trainer, Altras are great. Splayed toe box and zero drop so encourage a natural gait.

Brooks and Saucony have worked for me.
