Is shein ok for sizes and quality

Quality is fine, sizes are inconsistent between pieces so read the measurements on each one!

It’s fine if you never want to send anything back. My daughter and I are engaged in a dispute with them over a bikini she ordered where they won’t refund her the amount she paid and are only refunding half of it as they are now saying it’s on sale - even though she paid full price and has receipts to acknowledge this. When disputed they are now saying they are taking money for return postage even though we printed off the free return label and thy have accepted it from that! Will never order anything from them again.

I've ordered from them a few times, okay quality (some of the fabric is on the thin side) and sizing has been good so far.

Christ sounds like a hassle if you don't get it right. I'm a big girl so need to re ally check the sizing by the sounds of things. Hope you get it sorted. Nightmare

I have a top which is long enough but has very narrow shoulders. I would err on the side of caution and order at least one size larger.

They are made in China and sized accordingly. There are individual measurements for each garment but as a general rule the S M L XL corresponds to 6, 8, 10, 12. I ordered a big haul last week and am keeping most of it. Was really pleased with the styling and quality. Hoping I won't have any problems with the returns. I ordered through PayPal so will just reclaim through them if there are any problems.

Note this also applies to height / length. I'm 5'6", which I think of as pretty average in the West but is a good 4 inches too tall for any of their stuff. If you're petite you might get into it. The returns process was enough of a hassle for me that I cut my losses and sold them on eBay for a lower price.
