Electric shaver?

I can't keep on top of epilating even though it's my favourite and shaving leaves me itchy - plus, I can never do it thoroughly enough in the shower and I end up patchy. Have never had an electric shaver that can be used out of the shower. Are they any good? Any particularly excellent ones? Is this the solution?

I have this Phillips one it does a decent job. It was only £15 which is great considering how much razors can be, I get excema on my shins if I wet shave, so put up with less than perfect results.
