Really fine floppy hair: clipping fringe back

What's best to make clips (snappyone or Bobby pins)!grip and stay in hair don't fringe is clipped back in my head?

Use mousse whilst it's still wet. Gives fine hair a bit of volume and a grippy texture without leaving it sticky. Bit of hairspray on the clip.

Use plumping powder at your roots.
