Should I get lip fillers? Pic

I'm very self-conscience that my top lip is a lot smaller than my bottom lip. I've been considering fillers for a long time but I'm scared that it'll go wrong Sad has anyone else had them just to make them look fuller and did it go okay? Do you think it'd look better if I evened them out?

Sleepfreezone - ive had 2ml of juvederm in 2 separate sessions. She put the needles down the points of my top lip as well. She is a fully qualified nurse. Based in Essex/herts so I can pass on her details if you’re around here.

Previous poster who said smaller lips will be back in fashion soon - lip fillers don’t last forever so if I don’t want them anymore then I just won’t get more and they’ll go back to how they were.

Ohyesiam · 23/07/2018 23:24

You have a really beautiful mouth, please don’t change it.

ScattyCharly · 23/07/2018 23:30

Your lips are beautiful op. They could go in adverts they look so pretty.

I am quite shocked at what’s happened to our society. You could donate the money to charity. There are charities who correct facial deformities.

stopgap · 23/07/2018 23:30

You have perfect lips. Seriously. I have had a smidgen of filler in my top lip (one fifth of a syringe of Restylane) and they look very natural, but it’s easy to look like a duck. My plastic surgeon would strongly advise that you don’t do anything with your lips.

Mercurial123 · 24/07/2018 15:15

I'm not going to say they are nice because you know very well they are.....

Sharklover47 · 24/07/2018 16:19

I think you’ve got lovely lips. IMO I think it will look too much of you get them done. If you feel your lips are uneven, just even them out with lipliner and lipstick x

Roussette · 24/07/2018 16:31

When you've got such beautiful lips, why would you even consider mutilating them with fillers? It's beyond me, it really is.

They. are. beautiful.

FeralBeryl · 24/07/2018 16:37

OP if you came to us, I would send you packing Wink honestly, your mouth is beautiful, your philtrum is well defined and your Cupid's bow is beautiful. Your top lip ideally should be smaller than your bottom.

CrystalHCarrington · 24/07/2018 18:24

You have much fuller lips than average so no.

Agree with this. Your lips look a bit too full tbh so I wouldn't be inflating them more.

A proportioned mouth has a fuller bottom lip anyway.

meel · 24/07/2018 18:37

A few years back I had a thread similar to this. I was utterly convinced I was going to get fillers. Totally adamant. Then everyone on here told me not to and I’m so bloody glad. I was really feeling crap about myself back then, and sometimes you need someone on the outside to give a rational view when you’re in that state of mind. My lips aren’t as lovely as yours, but at least I like them now!

god you're are lovely too meel

Roussette · 24/07/2018 18:52

"yours"

intheparcark · 24/07/2018 18:56

You know your lips are full don't you?
This is a thread to garner compliments. Hmm
Yes I'm cynical, but there you go.

intheparcark · 24/07/2018 18:58

If anything I would say you could do with deflating them a bit. They're a bit too full and look out of proportion. But that's just my personal preference when it comes to lips.
Well you did ask for all opinions.
and that's mine.

NorthernSpirit · 24/07/2018 19:02

You have beautiful lips. Don’t get it done. Nothing worse than girls with a trout pout.

EnidButton · 25/07/2018 02:23

The vast majority of people have a top lip smaller than the bottom lip. It's how they are.
You have lips people aim for when they get fillers. They're perfect. If you get fillers you will spoil them.

They're not too full. Anyone saying that is just trying to knock you down a peg as they think you're fishing for compliments. I don't think you are.

If it's something you spend a lot of time thinking about, look up body dysmorphia.

EnidButton · 25/07/2018 02:24

Sorry, seen that this thread is 2 days old and you've decided to leave them alone. Good! Smile

Milkshakeminer · 25/07/2018 02:36

I was expecting thin lips! What a beautiful pout, I’m jealous! They look perfectly proportioned and upper lip is always thinner than bottom lip. I think it’s just the trend of ‘trout pouts’ skewing our views to think it’s not normal! I think after lip fillers the lip never sits quite right on the teeth and looks a bit odd. Ultimately it’s up to you and how you feel but it’s not needed!

If you want to look stupid go ahead.

Coolhotsummer · 25/07/2018 09:22

You don’t want to end up like Lauren Goodge. Just saw the latest pic of her sporting the Pete Burns look. Way over the top when she probably didn’t need them in the first place.

RoseWhiteTips · 25/07/2018 12:34

Bit 🙄 about this one.
Yes. You. Have. Full. Lips.

RoseWhiteTips · 25/07/2018 12:35

But go for the Pete look if you really want people to gaze!😂

RoseWhiteTips · 25/07/2018 12:38

Is it actually possible to deflate natural lips?😳

intheparcark · 25/07/2018 15:12

Bit 🙄 about this one.
Yes. You. Have. Full. Lips.

Exactly.
