Swimsuit for gigantic norks

This may be a stupid question.
I am a 34H and looking for a one-piece swimsuit for my holiday. I would really love a non-wired one so that the look was more beachwear than corsetry.
Is this just impossible? Will a non-wired suit just squish my bosoms, and will they spill out of one with a bra shelf?
The rest of me is size 12-14.

I was coming on here to ask the exact same thing but with the added element of affordability! I have previously bought swimsuits in bravissimo that have been excellent but my budget doesn't stretch to that this time.

IsItTimeForGinYet · 22/07/2018 23:22

Have a look at bravissimo?

KatharineHilbery · 22/07/2018 23:26

I think that’s my point - the cup-sized Bravissimo swimsuits are all wired. The non-wired ones are dress-sized and I have no idea whether they’d fit me as I’m so top-heavy.
Yes I could go and try some on if I wanted to be ritually humiliated and reduced to a quivering heap of suicidal jelly.

I am smaller than you but have a similar problem. I'm a size 6-8 with 30F breasts so sounds like a similar mismatch between breasts and swimsuit size. I've just bought one of these and actually do believe I look like a bombshell in it. Really comfortable and I do not get the four boobs thing I get in most size 8 swimsuits.

ASDA and Tesco did a good range of bra size swimwear last year! I think with big boobies, you will have to get an underwire just cause otherwise you'll be all squashed down?

Bravissimo really are the best and very flattering. They've loads of styles to try tho and depends on the shape of your boobs which ones look best so I always ordered a few!

Glaciferous · 22/07/2018 23:31

It says up to an F cup. but for me I think it has a little more room in there and if I put on weight and my breast size increased I think it would be fine. They allow for returns.

KatharineHilbery · 22/07/2018 23:32

That is utterly gorgeous Glaciferous and I bet you look amazing in it! It says it only supports up to an F though so I think I might end up with the proverbial four boobs.

Glaciferous · 23/07/2018 00:12

I really do think there's a little more room in there. But yes, I know how you feel. Four boobs not a good look and I have been that four-boobed woman too many times!

notapizzaeater · 23/07/2018 00:15

I'm a J cup - I've just bought a lovely one from brastop from curvy Kate.

Alevel · 23/07/2018 07:53

I bought the fantasie Sarasota in the sale and it is my best ever purchase. I’m a 32 ff

Cherrypie32 · 23/07/2018 07:59

I’ve got this from Fantasie at Next, detachable straps too, very supportive as has a sort of bra strap at the back. I’m a 34ff but have sized down to a 34f in this as no four boob and makes them look a bit less obvious.

I'm a 36G/H and given that my swimwear budget is around £20, I've accepted that I'll look like a crock of shit on a sunbed. I did once buy a pricier underwired cozzie, but although it made my figure look better, I felt very conscious of my norks' zeppelin-like appearance when hoiked up. So I just stick with the cheapo ones that squish my boobs and make use of wraps and sarongs when upright! I spend my money on a nice dress or some great comfy sandals instead and ban DH from taking photo's of me in swimwear! Probably will be seen as a defeatist attitude by some, but I pick my battles wisely Grin

Matilda1981 · 23/07/2018 08:37

I always wear a halterneck bikini top underneath a swimsuit to hold mine up!

PlaymobilPirate · 23/07/2018 08:41

Pinkywoo · 23/07/2018 08:42

I have a lovely Freya one that isn't underwired, I bought it new from ebay for half the price of bravissimo. I'm normally a 30ff but got a 32f to allow for my massive arse!

thinkfast · 23/07/2018 09:29

Gottex is great for this but can be expensive and hard to find in the uk

Branleuse · 23/07/2018 09:34

Freya and bravissimo definitely do cup sized non wired bikinis, so assuming you could get one pieces or tankinis too

Shellthebelle · 23/07/2018 11:00

I got that For Luna one and it is great. It has decent support for the girls but you may want to get one size up for a H cup? It's very flattering on!

GrainneWail · 23/07/2018 19:31

I recently bought this Speedo one and it's comfortable and supportive in my gg girls.

princessbear80 · 23/07/2018 19:54

I bought the Speedo contour renew non wired swimsuit. Just back from holiday and found I chose that more often than my Freya bikini or underwired swimsuit. It’s comfortable and flattering, and seems to have magic seams in the right places because it doesn’t look like it’d be supportive but it is. I’m a 12/32ff and the 36 fits fine. I got compliments in it which is a first for me and swimwear!!

lovelyjubilly · 24/07/2018 22:17

OP have you tried Debenhams? Their swimwear cupsizes go up to G but today I bought a bog-standard non-wired one-piece in their sale (£28) and it fit my HHs in no problem. I did have to get Size 16 (I'm usually a 12) but I'm chuffed as anything with it!

Gardai · 24/07/2018 23:15

I posted this before and I was really surprised as I accidentally came across Asos larger boob sized swimsuits that weren’t wired. Got one for £18 in the sale a couple of weeks ago and it holds the girls up well but it’s a wee bit plunging. It’s comfy and does the job well.
I got a tankini from bravissimo last year and it took about half an hour to get into the fucker, whist it held everything up, it felt more like an instrument of torture than a swimsuit.

PlaymobilPirate · 25/07/2018 21:49

Gardai- have you got a link please??
