St Ives apricot body scrub - discontinued??

I haven't been able to track down the stairs Ives apricot body scrub (the one that comes in a little tub) for a while - apart from at vastly overinflated prices on eBay. Does anyone know if it's been discontinued? Any suggestions for reasonably priced alternatives? I like quite a coarse scrub that doesn't leave any residue on the skin.

I like a good rough body scrub too. I'm afraid when i'm hunting down a new one i take a tiny bit off the top of every tube/tub on the shelves till i find one which is harsh enough! Blush

I got a good one in sainsburys last year. I'll see if i can find a link.

Thanks both, £13 is a lot cheaper than I've seen it on eBay but still resent paying through the nose, and if it has indeed been discontinued then maybe I should just accept it and move on SadGrin

Will try the Sainsbury's one!

I've started using a tan remover mitt instead of a scrub. I got mine from eBay as it's an Australian version and it exfoliates like nothing else I've ever seen.

Sanctuary salt scrub is the only one I've found that comes close.

I haven't tried the body scrub, but I use the St Ives face scrub as body scrub.

You can make your own really easily!

I use a mix of caster sugar, sea salt and whole oats. Mix with your oil of choice until it looks damp and holds together a bit when you squish it. I generally don't add scent but you could use vanilla or whatever you like. It's super scrubby and leaves your skin really soft.

Plastic microbeads?

This is fantastic - and a social enterprise supporting individuals with disabilities.

Soap & Glory do two I love, Sugar Crush and Breakfast Scrub, they exfoliate well and smell divine 😃

I've just seen some new body scrubs by Dove in Superdrug; Unilever make both Dove and St Ives so perhaps they've switched the UK brand they make scrubs under?
