Where to find old fashioned-ish, frilly dresses for 4yo??

I'm not really sure how to describe exactly what I mean but my attempts at googling have brought up a lot of 'romany frilly' results.

Oldest dd really loves them but I'm finding it difficult to find them in anything but baby sizes.

I find that a lot of market stalls selling children’s clothing often sell frilly dresses.

If you are near an Asian community, you will also usually find these types of dresses in these shops.

I used to love this style when I was little, and the above are both places where my parents bought them for me.

I'm very rural so ideally looking for stuff I can buy online but ebay/ alibaba as I don't really trust clothes from them.

More frills and bows than the sort of traditional english style but not as modern or hippyish (boho??) as a lot of the spanish style dresses

There is a brand called aurora royal which has old fashioned style dresses, there are some on eBay brand new.
