Does this top suit me or not? (Pics)

I like the colour (it's a bright royal blue) but think it accentuates my flabby stomach and arms. I have no one to ask in RL - opinions?

The blue top neckline doesn't suit you. The white has good neckline but sleeves end in the wrong place.

I think a cap sleeve like this would be better. That one is cutting across your bicep.

Think how you you FEEL in it? If you feel good keep it. Sod the mirror.

The white tee suits you a lot more and I like the sleeve length. A slightly thicker cotton and a little tighter would look ok. Don't be afraid of showing your belly.

Haven't read the full thread. You look good, OP. The colour is lovely (but doesn't match the black trousers) and your arms don't look fat at all. The fit around the shoulders and chest is good.

However, it's not perfect around the stomach. It might be the wrong length. But you don't look fat and if you like the top and feel good in it, then go ahead and wear it and enjoy yourself.

I love the colour of the blue top but I think it's wearing you a bit to be honest (sorry) Maybe because of the black trousers?

I am also trying to be ruthless, and to lose weight, and it's very hard!

OP I think you're in the same boat as me. You need long line tops to avoid cutting your shape in half and accentuating your middle. It's a pain in the arse but if you find something that hangs longer and finishes at the top of your bum you may find it more flattering

Its fine. It just looks like a plain top. I would think it would be a useful basic

I think it looks nice and the colour suits you.

Can't see the white top but the blue is not flattering. The neckline is too high and makes the top look like a work top. You could find exactly the same with a deep V neck and look so much better.

I like the colour with your blonde hair, and I like the side button detail to the top, but the neckline is too high, and the way the sleeve is cut emphasises the top of your arms too much. Also I thinks it's a little tight across the tummy.
If it were me I'd return it, unfortunately.
