Swimsuit for slim teen with large bust

Dd looking for a swimsuit that is practical under a wetsuit but also looks good without. A one piece is best as she has a scar below her tummy button but a high-waisted bikini bottom might do.

And she only wants to spend about £20 🙈 MN geniuses do your best Grin

Figleaves is great for those large of chest, like me. They can be quite expensive but if you sign up they send codes.

Ihavenoideaatall · 21/07/2018 21:41

Thanks I'll have a look Smile

Brastop is great for cup sized swim wear with big discounts. I just got a lovely tankini for half the rrp

MipMipMip · 21/07/2018 21:54

Try brastop. Avoid halter necks- you will get a headache.

MipMipMip · 21/07/2018 21:54

Snap!

Itis6oclocksomewhere · 21/07/2018 21:55

I've just got some swimwear from Figleaves and there was a sale on so your DD maybe able to get a bargain.
I also ordered a swimsuit from a website called boobydoo. It was a sale item, but can't comment on whether delivery is prompt or good customer service as I haven't received item yet.

MipMipMip · 21/07/2018 21:56

Sale on swimwear - www.brastop.com/clearance-d-k-swimwear

Ihavenoideaatall · 21/07/2018 22:02

Thanks so much everyone! 😊

Good tip about the halterneck. She doesn't get her boobs from me so I'm clueless!

I am huge of nork and wear halter neck swimwear - but only with a 'Halto'. A rubbery clip thing which you thread straps through and it then cushions your neck from the strain. Has made huge difference for me!

Ihavenoideaatall · 21/07/2018 22:15

Thanks for the tip.

She is a size 8 with 30H bra size - so much harder to find nice clothes.

Wowzel · 21/07/2018 22:15

How large a bust are you talking?

I'm a 30G and I've picked stuff up from Pour Moi, Figleaves, Brastop, and Freya in the past

Ihavenoideaatall · 21/07/2018 22:28

Cross posted - she is 30H and size 8 everywhere else. And only about 5'2 and a half

Oooh never seen Haltos. Going to get one.

In the meantime if your DD doesn't get one and does get a halter neck make sure the knot us off to one side and not on her spine.

MipMipMip · 21/07/2018 22:41

Oh and at that size separates are best but if she wants to cover her tummy tankinis are probably the way to go.

sammielouise · 21/07/2018 23:16

ASOS have a "fuller bust" (I think it's called) range, with some gorgeous costumes! Smile

mysteryfairy · 24/07/2018 00:35

It’s worth looking at Boux Avenue for a teen as they have younger styles than some of the suggestions. (Some of) their swimwear goes up to a G so theoretically not quite big enough but my similarly curvy DD has found it easier to go down a cup size in swimwear than in an actual bra (don’t go up 2 inches in the back like you would a bra).

Ihavenoideaatall · 24/07/2018 07:38

Thanks all so much, I knew you were geniuses!

She ordered something from Brastop 😊
I'll tell her about Beaux Avenue for next time.
