I keep going back to no7 BB or cc cream. I have spider veins and marks from crap hormonal skin and it just gives enough coverage without looking or feeling like foundation.

ReckItWralf · 21/07/2018 20:23

Depends on your budget and it’s a CC cream but the IT Cosmetics one is really good.
I’m fussy and have tried loads as many of them sit in my pores or go orange but this one doesn’t and lasts all day (even in this heat!)

I love Avisee Osiris bb cream but can't find it anywhere now. Definitely the cheapest and the best I have tried.
I used to get it in Lidl, then on Amazon.

TheGirlOnTheLanding · 21/07/2018 20:43

Boots 17 BB cream is good for my peely-wally Scottish skin (most are too orange for me) and gives just the right level of coverage on a good day - I need a bit of concealer on top if I have a breakout though.

Boots no7

Bottomofsmughill · 21/07/2018 20:52

I like the Olay one

Peoplemaynoticeus · 21/07/2018 21:55

Marcelle golden glow illuminator cannot find it online anywhere though but it is amazing.

Thanks for the revomendations. I think I'll start by looking in boots at the No 7 range. Has anyone used the body shop ones? I've used the Marcelle one, it came in a Birchbox a couple of months ago, I love it but was hoping not to spend £25. If you're looking for it it's in the Birchbox shop online.

Is the Boots or Garnier ones any good to keep an oily t zone in check?!

AuntyJackiesBrothersSistersBoy · 22/07/2018 18:44

I’ve got the Garnier oil free one. Really very good. Spf 20 and leaves me looking poreless (which I am NOT!). It’s watery and light, with good coverage. I use it in Light.

AuntyJackiesBrothersSistersBoy · 22/07/2018 18:44

Fullfatlatte 👍👍👍

Fullfatlatte · 22/07/2018 18:54

Ooh thank you. Will pop into Boots to test. I’m hoping that the spf doesn’t give too much flashback on evening pics with a flash?!! 🤔

Bottomofsmughill · 22/07/2018 21:03

I used the Body Shop one when BB creams first came out and liked it, but I think cheaper ones are just as good

AuntyJackiesBrothersSistersBoy · 22/07/2018 22:34

FullfatLatte. Not that I’ve noticed. Unlike a Vichy one I had to bin last year. It gave me a radioactive glow 😐

cessie322 · 22/07/2018 22:44

I have samples of the Clarins one, it's very very good coverage but too much iykwim. Even using the tiniest bit ends up looking too much. Could be good in the winter. I might try the Garnier one.

Max Factor cc cream. It is available on Amazon.
