In America in need of beauty tips

Please help S&B gurus!
I'm in America for a wedding (which is in about 6 hours time), and I've been up all night with a jet lagged baby, and have a face that shows it. Any miracle products widely available here that will magically make me look radiant???

Thank you lady! I went for elegantly wrecked as a look, and I am now definitely inelegantly wrecked... Fun times though!
