I find K Jacques very comfortable but always choose a style with an ankle strap. They are expensive but feel they are worth it.

I’ve got a pair of Ancient Greek sliders but don’t find sliders as a style particular comfy.

Les Tropeziennes are similar to K Jacques but cheaper. I’ve not got any though so can’t review.

bluebeck · 21/07/2018 20:43

Or I have some really old Menorcan Pons in tan which are incredibly comfortable but looking a bit shabby now...

They did these in tan last year so you might be able to find them on eBay. Etc Super comfy. :)

Imstickingwiththisone · 21/07/2018 20:48

I second the Tom's sandals I love them so much, I'm hoping they'll still have hem next summer when I might possibly be able to afford them!

hettie · 21/07/2018 21:07

Or what about pikolinos or vionic (both uber comfy)

I have the same Russell & Bromley sandals as anothersunny and agree they are really (surprisingly) comfortable even after a long walk.

I have these in tan and they are really comfy. The soles are really spongy. They are also in the sale now and I paid full priceAngry

I find the Saltwater ones unflattering as they cut you in the wrong part plus agree with the poster that they are a bit insta. I’m terms of people O see wearing them tend to have the same rucksack, kids clothes etc.

Would love some KJ ones but also eyeing up Madewell

Leatheropolis via Etsy. Lots of choice, all beautiful. Very comfortable and not expensive. And arrive in a few days from Greece! Wearing mine now

Dune, Loupe tan. Just gorgeous. I love, live, love mine. Super comfy and look good with jeans and dresses.

And for the comfort police on here - yes, they are comfortable even though they have no support.

CountFosco · 23/07/2018 07:28

There's absolutely no support on those anothersunnyday. How can you call then "supremely comfortable"?

I find shoes with "support" in sweaty and uncomfortable. We don't all need orthopaedic shoes.
