Who has good mid-length hair?

Currently growing out a pixie cut (after about 15years), and my hair is finally almost shoulder length.

I have grown out my fringe and it's pretty much one length. Getting it cut next week, and quite like something like Alexa Chung (see below!), but I can't use curling tongs for love nor money.

Need something I can do in the morning in about 20 minutes including drying. Hair is straight with a bit of a wave I.e needs straighteners to keep it straight or it sticks out mid-way through the day.

Lurking as I’m at the same stage of pixie growing out!

Haven’t seen a picture of your hair but you might be able to do something like that either by not using straighteners or by using them with a slight curling movement rather than going poker straight.

What about trying to scrunch something in your hair and leaving it?
I leave in a dollop of conditioner and then scrunch in this
Eco Styler Moroccan Argan Oil Styling Gel 946 ml www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004JL6MJ4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_yAUuBbDJ0PH4S?tag=mumsnetforum-21
It holds the curls / waves but leaves my hair super soft.
Since I started doing this (curly girl method) everyone compliments me in my hair.

Alternatively you could try and salt water spray which would add a bit more oomph and texture

This is my hair at the moment, please excuse the terrible photoshop attempts!

What does it look like if you don’t straighten it?

I really think you could pull off the Marion Cotillard look! (I would love to but my hair is the wrong texture.)

I love that photo of Marion Cotialld but wouldn’t know what products to use or what to do to try and style my hair like that.
