Last minute dress meltdown

I have this dress for a wedding tomorrow. Dove grey shoes and matching (slightly sparkly) clutch bag. I'm having a last minute panic and hate the whole thing. Is it as terrible as I think it is???

Are you thinking it looks a bit too bridal?

AllStar14 · 20/07/2018 11:36

It's lovely. Sounds like a really nice outfit altogether. Chill!

whifflesqueak · 20/07/2018 11:39

It’s fine. Don’t panic.

I mean this kindly when I say that it really doesn’t matter. You’re not the main attraction. Just go and have a lovely time in an appropriate outfit.

Paintbox · 20/07/2018 13:07

What’s wrong with it op?

Justonedayatatime11 · 20/07/2018 13:19

It's not very 'me'. But then no dress is in my opinion. I just feel a bit too try hard in it

I think it's lovely. I do understand about 'not being you' - lots of people are uncomfortable in dressed up clothes, I'm one of them!

TroubledLichen · 20/07/2018 14:54

I like the dress, I’m sure you’ll look great!

Bagadverts · 20/07/2018 14:58

I couldn't carry it off, but think it is lovely. Do you have a jacket you could start off with if you feel self conscious or cold?

Paintbox · 20/07/2018 16:13

I think it’s really nice op

MoltonSilver · 20/07/2018 17:07

You're over thinking it. It's lovely.

goose1964 · 20/07/2018 18:39

Beautiful ,I wish I had the figure for it

alifemoreorlessordinary · 20/07/2018 19:12

it's lovely, you obviously saw something in it when you bought it; wear it and then forget you are wearing it, just enjoy yourself!

dinodora · 20/07/2018 19:52

I love the neck line.

I do the same, rarely feel right in dresses.
