Opinions on this dress please

I have to buy petite maxi dresses and there's not that many about with short sleeves.
I usually wear plain clothes rather than patterned and have ordered this dress from Asos.
I like the fit and style but I'm not sure about the pattern.
Can I have your opinions please - good or frumpy?

You have a lovely figure but the dress does you no favours. It is frumpy and clings in the wrong places and is too high necked

You can do much better than that. What is the occasion you are looking to buy for?

I can't quite tell what size you are, OP, but have you looked at JD Williams? They are not too pricey, not too funky and have a petite section. (Their ad keeps appearing on my side bar although I've never bought anything from them.)
