Orla keily bag

I've bee not thinking of getting an orla keily bag for sometime but they are expensive but I'be decided to treat myself, I see a particular style of bag looks the size I want haven't decided which pattern yet it' says baby sling bag is this a baby changing bag? Or just called that doesn't really say it in the description?

It comes with a baby mat so yes, I would think it is. It's not an obvious one though.
