I need flat party shoes

I’m going to a wedding later in the summer and I refuse to wear heels!

I’m wearing this dress and need some shoes to go with it. For context, I’m 5’3” so not tall, deathly pale, size 12 and a very young looking 32. I want something quirky, but comfortable and preferably as cheap as possible.

Does this holy grail of shoes exist?

Milton has posted some great options. I'd definitely try to bring colour into the outfit, the dress is lovely, but for a wedding I'd add some more vibrant colours with shoes bag and jacket / wrap / cardigan
