Boden returns

Anyone having issues with boden returns/royal mail tracking? I posted returns on 2nd and 6th July and CS are saying still not received yet and tracking is non existent. They used to be so good and quick

I still find Boden great for returns.
Jigsaw on the other hand... Posted back to them well over a week ago and still nothing.

Hermes or RM? I find Hermes returns usually take about 5 days later, and the tracking is rarely updated.

Longer, not later!

I'm having issues with ASOS returns at the moment and I've also noticed a lot of sites I'm on have noticed up about it being so busy that deliveries may take longer than usual?! No idea why but seen it on 2 or 3 sites in the last week.

I've never had any problem with RM or Boden returns, hopefully yours will find its way there.

Never had a problem with them but their CS is excellent so if you phone them they will probably refund you straight away while they sort it out with RM, as long as you have your proof of postage.

Yes, I sent a return a few weeks ago and CS says it hasn’t arrived yet

It's a sake time so things night be slower. I've got a boden return will check the tracking of it tomorrow!

Have they refunded you Oly?
I don't think I've ever had to wait so long for an acknowledgement of return with Boden. So annoying that RM have stopped tracking information.
