Looking for a nude cotton waist slip

Why are they impossible to find?
I want one to wear under floaty cotton kaftan dresses. White will show through.
I can’t find one anywhere apart from a australian website. I’ve bought some off Amazon only to find it it’s 100% synthetic and comes from China. Sellers on eBay are also Chinese and I don’t want to risk buying again.

I like the m&s cool comfort ones. Not cotton. But good in the heat.

I ended up buying a cotton one in the sale from M&S and will dye it nude.
Why didn’t I think of that??

I might also pick up one of the ‘cool’ ones from M&S.
